Depending on the type of payment account you set up with Southern Floral Company you may be given a "COD Account Number."  Should this account ever have a balance due, you agree to pay the unpaid balance upon request.  As the applicant for this account, you affirm that you are authorized to sign for and make decisions for the business registered.  Applicant shall pay all collecton fees, reasonable attorney fees and other expenses incurred to enforce this agreement, whether incurred with or without litigation, on appeal, in bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings.  If registered company is a corporation, applicant agrees to be personally responsible for payment on this account.
